Gold Card for Senior Adults The TVCC Gold Card is offered to senior adults 60 and older. Senior adults must be residents of the TVCC’s tax districts and pay a one-time $10 fee. The Adult and Continuing Education department is available to assist with enrollment. The fee should be paid on-line or in person to the cashiers office located on TVCC campuses. TVCC retirees who currently live in TVCC’s tax districts are entitled to receive the TVCC Gold Card free of charge. Benefits are: • free admission to all athletics TVCC home games • free admission to plays, concerts, art shows, guest lecturers and forums conducted at TVCC • TVCC library privileges - some restrictions may apply • 50% tuition discount for TVCC college credit courses (space permitting) • 50% tuition discount for TVCC college non-credit courses (space permitting) • 50% tuition discount for non-credit TVCC non-credit Learning for Living (audit) courses (space permitting) TVCC tax districts include: • Athens, Brownsboro, Chandler, Crandall, Cross Roads, Eustace, Frankston, Kaufman, Kemp, LaPoynor, Mabank, Malakoff, Murchison, Palestine, Scurry-Rosser, Terrell, and Trinidad. Bookstore and Textbook Information Textbook information for your Adult & Continuing education courses will be provided for you in your class syllabus. Textbook(s) and other required materials can be purchased online through the TVCC bookstore website.
